    Beautiful pastry with ham or würstel sausage, fresh mozzarella cheese and sauce.


All of these delicious, home-made and authentic Sicilian savoury pastries are baked in our wood fire oven.


Nb: For our finger food menus, there is a minimum per person quantity required, or an additional call-out fee applies.

We have a refrigerated 3 Door fridge attached to the woodfired oven trailer and a refrigerated pizza ingredients fridge for maximum freshness and food safety.


Gluten-free bases for pizza are available, please ask when booking.


If you have any other special dietary requirements please also let us know.


We require a space of 8m (length) x 3m (wide) and 3.35 (height) for our setup that your driveway or backyard should easily be able to accommodate.


We will stay at your function for up to 3 to 4 hours (depending on the size of the function).


All events booked require a deposit which is non-refundable.


Please note that there is a minimum price for pizza menu packages for functions.
